Looking for help with server

Hey guys.
I have a server now. Don't laugh it was about $10. I am looking for someone to help configure and run it. All the files it needs are at http://www.ut-files.com/.
Did you know by the way, people still play in the DM servers? Even we couldn't kill UT Demo.

I reinstalled Demo for the lulz and saw the UTS server online. Then I proceed to play but my UTD looks so choppy, I wish i had my old inis saved up somewhere ):
